Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever you purchase a ticket to a BEYOND Project ("BEYOND", "we", "us") event through beyondkaohsiung.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

1. Tickets

Each ticket admits one person and is delivered by email as a QR code shortly after purchase.
Please bring your QR code (digital or printed) to the door — it's scanned once for entry.
Entry is at the discretion of venue management and security, who reserve the right of admission.

2. Refunds & cancellations

All ticket sales are final. As with most live events and nightlife experiences, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased — including for no-shows or a change of mind.

If BEYOND cancels or postpones the event, we'll email every ticket holder with the details and next steps, which may include a refund or credit toward a future event, at our discretion.

3. Event changes

Lineup, run of show, and minor venue details may change without notice. Your ticket remains valid for the event as a whole even if these details shift.

4. Entry & conduct

Attendees are expected to follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times.
Illegal substances, weapons, and aggressive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
There is no re-entry once you leave the venue, unless stated otherwise on the night.
BEYOND and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

5. Sharing your ticket

Your QR code can be shared with a friend attending in your place, but each code scans for entry only once — whoever presents it first gets in.

6. Liability

You attend BEYOND events at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEYOND is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your attendance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan.
