BEYOND Project ("BEYOND", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you buy a ticket or browse beyondkaohsiung.com, how we use it, and — most importantly — who we share it with.

The short version

We only share your data with the third parties we need to run this event and process your payment. We never sell your personal data, to anyone, for any reason.

1. Information we collect

When you buy a ticket, we (and our payment partner) collect:

Contact details — your name and email address, so we can send your ticket and QR code.
Order details — number of tickets, price paid, and payment method.
Technical data — device, browser, and general location information, collected automatically through analytics tools while you browse the site.

We do not collect or store your full card number — that's handled directly by our payment processor (see below).

2. How we use your information

To process your order and email you your ticket and entry QR code
To send you important updates about the event (timing, venue, or schedule changes)
To understand how people find and use our site, so we can improve it
To respond to questions or support requests

3. Who we share it with

We only share your information with authorized third parties who help us operate this event and website, and only to the extent needed for them to do their job:

Payment processor — Stripe, to securely process your payment
Analytics providers — Meta (Facebook Pixel) and PostHog, to understand site traffic and campaign performance
Service providers — tools we use to deliver email tickets and run the site

We may also disclose information if required to by law. Outside of these cases, we do not share, rent, or sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes — after which it's deleted or anonymized.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us (see below).

6. Cookies & tracking

Our site uses cookies and pixel tools (such as Meta Pixel and PostHog) to remember your preferences and measure how our marketing performs. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
